The Reverent. E. Peck created this translation of the Gospels in the Inuktitut language of the Inuit of Hudson's Bay. When closed the Book has a dark blue or black cover with the words 'Eskimo Four Gospels' inscribed. When opened the flyleaf says: 'The Four Gospels. Translated into the Language of the Eskimo of Hudson's Bay by the Rev E. J. Peck' At the bottom of the page is reads: 'London: British and Foreign Bible Society.'
